• I'm not 100% sure if it works for XBOX, but I've heard you can hook it up to gaming consoles. As far as rainbow, if you mean the color pattern, yes, there is rainbow. Sorry, I couldn't be more help with the XBOX question.

• It does work on the Xbox, and yes it does have the RGB lighting where it lights up like a rainbow.
