• Yes it works on Xbox One. Party chat and game volume. Just plug it directly into the controller and you are good to go.

• There is a version made specifically for XBOX, but the PC version claims it can do everything. I'm not sure what the difference is beyond the fact that the PC version comes with an adapter in case your PC mic is split from audio. So, maybe?
