Q: QuestionHi, I bought the same headphones, just not the xbox version, can you tell me if I can buy a connector or adapter somewhere from these headphones for playing on the xbox?

• A:Answer I had the same issue i bought the wrong version, which I got the cyberpunk ps4 edition arctis 1 instead of the xbox one version which they sold out. But but the usb c dongle that it came with only works with ps4,Nintendo Switch, and pc. But I read that these headsets work with any usb c dongle so I bought the xbox one usb c dongle and it works flawless. The only down side is that the xbox dongle is pretty hard to find I got lucky finding one on ebay.

Q: QuestionHow do I fix the mic so it’s not muffled because when I use it wireless on pc the mic sounds fine but when I use it on Xbox it sounds horrible so how do I fix it to sound not muffled on Xbox
