• yes, just by a 3.5mm jack cord. There is a 3.5mm jack port right next to were you plug the original cord on the bottom of the headset. Make sure you by the right cord for the other end that goes into what you want to connect the headset to.

• You probably already know by yes The other hole does work for a standard 3.5 cable. Not sure why they have both?
