“How do you use the mix amp on these head phones for ps4. The chat audio is still very loud even though I turn it all the way down on the settings off the ps4 and the mixer doesn’t let me turn it down Cause it doesn’t work on ps4 how do I fix?”

• Download the steel series engine so you can set up the headset properly.

• From my understanding the mix amp is PC only because it requires specific drivers for it.
