The wireless transmitter is a USB dongle type transmitter that plugs into one of your USB ports. There are two 3.5 mm. headphone jacks located at the rear of the device for plugging in additional "wired" earphones. The cable of the USB to dongle transmitter has a good length. I have not measured it but I usually keep it bundled together while plugged in since I am usually not far and I do not have anyone else plugging in that I would have to move it toward them. As far as running on a Switch, I really don't know. When I have a chance I will follow up and let you know.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is USB
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wireless transmitter is about the size of a half dollar and is attached by a wire via usb to the PC. There is a light indicator on the transmitter to let you know if the headset is paired as well. I can not confirm if this will work with the Switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wireless dongle is a small oval receiver (roughly 1.5in x 1in) attached to a 3ft cord. There is a ring of rubber on the back of it for grip. It also has 2 jack for line in/line out for bypass to speakers, when you aren't using the headphones, located next to the cable on the receiver. An LED on the front of it illuminates white when it is connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is small and round, slightly bigger in diameter than a Apple Watch charger, with a long usb cable.
