Hi Dug, if you haven't been able to address this yet, the answer is to update the firmware via the SteelSeries Engine software on PC. Shortly after launch we issued an update that greatly increases the volume level on PS4. Give it a try!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you need to make sure both of the knobs on the earcups are in the correct position, like the volume one all the way up and the gaming/headset on all the way to gaming side
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you fiddle with the volume wheel on the headset itself? Some of the headsets come prepackaged with the wheel scrolled downwards (less volume/mute) Regardless, I would check that if I were you, I used the Arctis 7 for my ps4 and my pc, neither of them had any audio issues at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.SteelSeries told me that you simply need to hook it up to your PC and update the firmware on the SteelSeries Engine 3. It took a minute quickly resolved my volume. Piece of cake.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you returned them. This headset is for PC and not PS4 is what I found out. Unfortunate cause they look so good.
