“Hi I was gaming while my Arctis 9 steel series disconnected on me.I am using my PlayStation 5.The light comes on the headphone and the adapter is also stable indicating it’s connected.the headphones is also charged.I try reset the headphones still nothing”

I know this was asked a year ago but I am almost 2yrs into my set, it constantly disconnects or randomly will shut off even when charged or plugged up to charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure under receiver it is set to PlayStation if not disconnect from PlayStation and reconnect. It happens occasionally to my PC
