A:AnswerMake sure the steel series you bought is for PC. I know they all look the same on the shelf but the xbox ones are soley for xbox. The pc ones are compatible with playstation and will have a blue accent on the box as xbox will have green.
A:AnswerMake sure when connecting that you are also pushing the wifi button on the xbox. Once it connects your headphones will stop blinking. Then hold down the on switch for 3 seconds and the headphones will turn on.
A:Answeryes and no....... I'm on a desktop gaming pc with bluetooth connections and had issues with a crackling connection loss. Had to buy a xbox wireless adapter and it helped but still lose connection with them if I walk way more than 5ft from my computer.
A:AnswerYou can definitely hear direction. I actually felt I played better with them. I compared to the turtle beach 420 that I came from and with the turtles it sounds like someone in front of you is behind you. Only thing is, the artics dropped sound a few weeks or so after using and now no longer will connect even with reset. Go wired!
A:AnswerThese headphones have great sound quality but the worst connectivity issues I’ve had 0/10 don’t recommend. They’ll even interfere with my controller sometimes.
A:AnswerThe headset has great noise canceling. But only if you can get it to stay connected to your console. I just bought these right after christmas and i havnt been able to get mine to stop D/Cing.
