A:AnswerYou charge with the USB to micro USB cord it comes with. When the headset needs charging you'll get a soft subtle beeping and even then you still have quite awhile until you get another audio notification and then I believe a little while afterwards for another audio notification. You can charge while the headset is on but if it comes to that point you may want to get up for a 10 minute stretch/walk :-)
PS - the charging is really fast and charges last a long time
A:AnswerThis headset is back in stock on Amazon right now (5/27). I asked someone in Best Buy chat if they had a timeline for restocking and the guy said he has no way of finding that information. Unfortunate, because I would've liked to buy through Best Buy for the card rewards. Went ahead and bought from Amazon because my old headset broke and I don't want to wait around for Best Buy to restock.
A:AnswerI ended up just connecting to my PC via Bluetooth. It seems to be working fine, with the exception that it powers up my Xbox on every time I turn them on.
A:AnswerWow! I just had mine separate from the right side. Just typed up a review on my experience with the headset and how it happened with pics. Were you able to resolve? I'm needing to figure out what to do myself.
A:Answeryou can pair them to your pc via wireless adapter. i havent tried to use the bluetooth while paired to a pc via adapter, but with my xbox, the bluetooth feature to my phone is great, so you might be able to
A:AnswerSo i just got mine xmas eve and im returning it. If you're on PC everything I've read/looked up/ talked to Steelseries about says you need the xbox wireless adapter. If you're on console, I have no clue!!!!! I'm having issues with them staying connected even with the wireless adapter if i get up to get a drink out the fridge.
A:AnswerThe 9x are designed to match with the Xbox. The technical answer to your question is yes, they will Bluetooth connect to a PS5. But Arctic makes a PlayStation variant.
FYI, theses are excellent headphones and have a very good mic.
A:AnswerNo, it is mean for Xbox which uses a different frequency than PlayStation and Bluetooth. Although it had Bluetooth capabilities, I have one for use on PC and it is horrible over Bluetooth. Don't buy it.
