• USB cables longer than 15 Ft have to have an signal amplifier to them... unless you use a USB>ethernet converter kit.... which is only for USB2.0 (fine for sound devices like this, although may not be compatible with the XBox) I used a USB to ethernet kit for a blue mic once for an escape room mic so the escape room operator could hear the people in the room.

• Sure. Either a high-quality USB-A extension cable or 20-foot USB-A to USB-C cable should work. (There are two USB-C ports on the device, one is used for the Xbox connection.)
