Something wrong with the mic it’s self, or your wheel is broken. Doesn’t sound like a configuration error , but deleting and re downloading the software/ engine is a good start. With that software you can test you output for clarity and overall functionality. But if the buttons broken, your looking at a mechanical problem. Not. Sure if this helps kaii
