It will change colors when connected to PS4. You can also connect it to a PC first, download the software and change the colors to your preference. Then you may plug it into the PS4 and it should have your preference saved.

It should but I would not recommend using a mouse and keyboard on ps4

It should be able to it’s usb so not sure what it wouldn’t.

Of course it does. It does when you connect to any usb.
