• Download SteelSeries drivers from their website, turn on/enable Bluetooth on you laptop, then you laptop will find your SteelSeries controller, when you see steel series controller show up on your laptops Bluetooth, click "pair". And it will work. Might have to restart computer first just in case.

• If your laptop has Bluetooth, you can sync it that way. The controller should have a manual that will tell you how to sync it with your type of your computer.

• Your laptop has to either have built-in Bluetooth, or you need to add a Bluetooth USB.

• Your laptop would need to be bluetooth enabled. Windows 10-Use the Windows + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app. Navigate through Devices and go to Bluetooth

• It's a Bluetooth Controller so your laptop should recognize it. There is also a micro USB port where the batteries are at.

• you need blutooth on your laptop to connect. if you have blutooth then just connect like a normal blutooth accessory
