How can I get Roku on my PC null

I don't know how i'm supposed to get the remote app on my school Cromebook because i need help and it's not freaking working and it is erriatateing me so i would like it if you would stop blocking me so I can watch my TV in peace in quiet me and my cousin so stop or I will report you ugly burnt biscuits and that's my way in being nice so if you would plz stop not letting me get on the Roku app so I can watch TV with my cousin. and also your not him/her so you could stop trying to do that plz and thank you . and also how long would it take for you to message me back and allow me to use the app

You can connect it to your USB port on your monitor and control it from them. The remote control works the same way as if you were connecting it to the TV.
