Hi ! Sorry to hear your experiencing issues setting up your Roku Streaming Stick+ on your Vizio TV. Roku® streaming players can be connected to any TV with an HDMI® connection. You'll want to make sure your Roku Streaming Stick+ is connected to power. You can power the Streaming Stick+ using the included usb cable along with the included wall power adapter and is the recommended method for powering the Streaming Stick+. Alternatively your Roku Streaming Stick+ may be powered by connecting the included USB cable to your TVs USB port. Please keep in mind not all TVs output enough power through the USB port to meet the power requirements of your Roku Streaming Stick+. Additionally if you plan to stream movies and TV shows in 4K or HDR, remember to select an HDMI 2.0 port that supports HDCP 2.2. When determining which inputs support HDCP 2.2, start with the obvious – look for the inputs labeled with “HDCP 2.2”. If you do not see an input labeled HDCP 2.2 and your getting an on-screen message stating your TV is not HDCP 2.2 compatible, you can still enjoy HD content. During setup, your Roku player will automatically select 720p or 1080p instead of 4K or HDR. Or you can select 720p or 1080p from Settings > Display type.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
