How do I get my DLC null

I have not gotten my code and Best Buy claims they have not received the code. So they are unable to email it to me until they get in touch with the publisher. Any one else experiencing this issue?

You should have received a code via email. You can redeem it via PlayStation store.

You should have got a download code from Best Buy when you picked up your order through a email. I went home a downloaded it and I had no issues

For the deluxe version the season pass code will be in an insert in the game box of the physical copy. For the digital copy the season pass code would be emailed to you as well as the pre order bonus skins.
