Please take note that pad must be connected to power source at all times during heat therapy treatment. • A:Answer I use a USB battery to power mine . A 10000 MA is about the right size to fit in the pocket and lasts about 5 hours before running out of power. It's not too heavy either. You can just use a USB cable to plug it in to a laptop or power plug as well but I like the portability of a battery.
