“I cannot get the closed caption off the screen? The CC button on the remote does nothing? What do I need to do?”

• Hi Ron, Closed captions can only be turned on and off with the SunBriteTV remote (on the SunBriteTV) if you are using the coaxial cable as source input directly into the TV. If you are using any other input than coaxial (such as DVD player or cable box connected to the TV), the source (DVD, cable box) is driving the captions. In that case you'll need to use the source (DVD, cable box, etc.) remote to turn off closed captions. Hope this helps. Happy outdoor living!
