• If you can’t find a PDF version online, do a search for Sunpak DF3600U. There is a PDF manual online for that unit, and the controls are the same.

• So customer service at Best Buy can definitely help you out here, but if you’re really intent on not going in-store, or just can’t get there, then maybe you could search linked in for a Becca who is in michigan, and her last name would be Tipton, and she would send you shots of the entire manual if she knew where to send it.
