“How do you turn the sound off? There is no option to in the manual. It’s driving me crazy, I looked online to find out and couldn’t find that anywhere either.”

I just figured it out as it doesn't tell you in the manual. Hold down the fn button until you get the fn - 01-0. Press down and change fn - 14-0 to fn 14-1. Sound should be off with those settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.on pages 26 and 27 of the manual it gives you what parameters to set. One of them (Fn-14) Buzz switch is the sound of the flash. A value of 0 = on and a value of 1 = off. Press an hold the ( Backlight/Fn) button, the one at the left of the top row of buttons until the Fn. is in the display. Once Fn. is displayed press the up button until 14-0 is on the display, then press the right button, this will change the display to show Fn.-14-1. Once it is displayed press the middle button and that will set the Fn. setting and you will see the music notes have disappeared.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The manual is pretty useless but you can turn the sound off. I actually can't remember what series of buttons did it, but hold and press, trial and error. It took us about 15 minutes of experimenting.
