A:AnswerHi Reader,
I am willing to bet it does. I purchased said tripod for my EOS Rebel Camera which is similar in weight. It is sturdy and I don't recall any weight issues or it would've been rush delivered to the return counter like the 4 in 1 desktop tripod I returned to the store. Rest assured, I believe you will be fine with this one.
A:AnswerIf I remember correctly, there is an adapter required for a go pro. The tripod mounting plate has a single screw which appears to be a standard camera mounting screw (1/4" 20 I'm told). I'm pretty sure GOpro does not accommodate that. But a quick web search shows me there are plenty of GOpro tripod adapters on the market.
A:AnswerI purchased an adapter from BestBuy that holds my iphone X Max in place during recording. The adapter screws directly onto the tripod. I would assume a suitable adapter for your camera should work with this tripod.
A:AnswerThe only mount available straight out of the box is the included tripod plate. If you wanted to replace the included ball head with your own tripod head, or extension arm, there is an option to do so. Peak Design sells a 3/8" adapter that can be purchased separately from peak design or from Best Buy. They go for about $30.
A:AnswerI had this problem until I noticed that there is a disk just below the swivel head that you need to tighten. Once I did that, it hold my cell phone firmly. It seems like it should hold a heavy camera just as well.
A:AnswerIf you purchase the correct mount for an iPad the tripod will hold it, but as shown it would not hold an iPad without purchasing a separate mount.
