QuestionI just bought this product TODAY 6/9/18 when I GOT home to try it out suddenly the handle that navigates it snap and broke off... is it possible I can get new handle or just exchange for another one

- Answer I attached some photos of the mounting hardware. This tripod has a very shallow screw and works well for mounting a smartphone. I love the tripod because for the money it was just right. The tripod is very light weight and I feel an iPad may be a little heavy for it.
