• I don’t know the fabric. But it fits mens size 8.

• I do not remember the fabric content, but due to the stretch, I would say they have some spandex and they are definitely not 100% cotton. These are men's sized, I think 9-12, I am a men's 9-9.5 and they are still roomy.
