So as a best buy team member over the phone stated that the website updates every 3 hours. 11 2 5 8 1. Dont know if that would help you, but I was lucky in getting one the other day. I would only reference that. All I could say is keep trying. As long as it says coming soon and not sold out, there will be more preorders available. Keep in your cart and and try checking out periodically. Pre save payment info and such. Seconds matter with a popular item. Hope you have success!

Sometimes starts around 9 am ET or in the early afternoon. Stops around 10 or 11pm ET
