Hello! I attempted to preorder that and the smash ultimate amiibos yesterday, when they were ringing me up it wasn’t working, they had 5 employees come over to help. And after 10 minuets they came to the conclusion that since the release date is “so far away” the computer doesn’t even have it available for preorder yet. They told me to come back in a month or 2. This was my personal experience hope that helped!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried store preorders by actually physically going to the store and they informed me that it's only online as of yet, but the one I was able to preorder online I was able to select pickup from a bestbuy location.

Please try again later.I was having such a hard time pre-ordering the game that I went to my local store and they told me something very similar: that the release date is so far away that the system isn't even registering that it's available (locally, I guess) and that I should try closer to the release date. They tried to look up the game too and also received a flat out denial from the system concerning pre-orders- they were surprised and said that that doesn't usually happen. One employee said that they don't even have advertising swag (security gate covers, etc) yet, so it's too early. I don't understand what that means when others have already pre-ordered theirs, but that was my experience at any rate. You could always just try pre-ordering at your local store- can't hurt to try!
