“I preordered this already and at the time of preorder it was eligible for a $10 reward certificate, but now it doesn't say so. Will I miss out on the $10?”

You get reward certificates like 14 days of so after purchasing and picking up your item(also need a free my bestbuy account). It's probably not listed as 10 eligible because now if you can order one, it will no longer be a preorder. I'm sure bestbuy will have some sort of release day stock, but most likely wont last long.
