I'm getting the same thing. The few times that I have actually been allowed to add it to my cart and try to check out, it says that it's not available for 250 miles in my vicinity and also says that I can't ship it to my house, please choose a nearby store. Does BestBuy sell out of product according to regions? I've been on the website the moment the button turns to the yellow pre-order and it immediately says that it's unavailable for online purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve seen this many times as well. As explained to me earlier, the trick is to get the special edition in the cart when it’s available. If you are lucky and catch it early, you can most likely buy it in the same session. Otherwise, keep it in the cart, if able. As long as you don’t try to check out when it’s out of stock it should be allowed to stay. You’ll get a message it’s out of stock, just ignore it and nothing will happen to the cart. Finally, catch the item available again, and with it already in the cart, check out as fast as possible. P.S. having log in info saved, payment method, and shipping info come in handy at the end.

I go to my local best buy store and have always been able to preorder without any trouble whatsoever. It's not sold out of preorders. Bestbuy.com is just behind on the times and filled with errors and glitches. Go to your local store and you should be able to preorder this game. Always go to a store if preorders start while they're open.
