Has anybody not received their Download Code? I still haven't as of 2:43pm ET null

I had the same issue. I pre-ordered the game and never received the code. I waited 10 hours and decided to contact them. I contacted them on the forums but they never answered. I then went to twitter and no answers there either. I tried facebook and nope nothing there either. Chat was unavailable and their call center wasn't open yet. I was gonna wait til after I left work to call them but then I magically received an email around noon (12 hours after release) saying "REDEEM YOUR CODE" and "Thank you for purchasing your Nintendo Master Vendor Profile from Best Buy." with no mention that the code was for Smash Bros. Ultimate. I decided to give the code a shot and yup it was for the game. I suggest you call Best Buy so they can help you. In the end, I got my code but I hate that NO ONE from Best Buy decided to contact me to tell me what was wrong.

I purchased mine in store, and I fear I would have never received it if it wasn't for me calling. And they never seem concerned about the hassle of not being able to play at launch.

Suggest never purchasing download codes online, rather going to store. Best Buy need to step game up their game in sending the codes. They are not fast/quick enough as their competitors, yet.

I pre-ordered and got my download code immediately. Was able to pre-install the game. I would contact Best Buy if you have not received anything.

No, I still haven't received mine. I checked my Spam filter and everything. Please let me know if you've resolved this and how you did so? (It's a Christmas gift so I just need to print the code)
