Is the blu ray that comes with this the theatrical cut ? null

Yes, it is the original theatrical cut on both discs. It states it in tiny red letters on the back of the box. The only version that has the extended 8 minutes (if that's what you're referring to) is the DVD that was released years ago. I don't know if there was a bluray disc that had the extended cut though.
