“I got my surface pro 7x today. The only issue I have found is the way you charge it. It is not something you plug into the unit. It is a strange looking plug that fits on the side of the surface. It falls off very easily.”

• It’s like a magnet.. yours might be damage I would recommend getting it checked, mine does not fall off easily.
