“Will this be able to power two pairs of 4 ohm speakers? I have one pair in the bedroom and one pair in the bathroom. Would there be an issue running both pairs at the same time - say Bedroom pair on Channel A and Bathroom pair on Channel B?”

Short Answer is No. Very few 2 channel amps will power 2 pairs of 4 ohm speakers at the same time. In fact most newer models want even power one 4 ohm pair of speakers or 2 pairs of 8 ohm speakers. Higher end units will.
