    • Answer Manufacturer says 250 pounds but its engine broke when I let my friend who is 200 pound ride it. Its speed dropped to 5-7 mph & started making loud noises. Do not buy Swagtron scooter. I’ve tried 3 different models & I weigh 139 pounds but each one broke in 1-2 months.

    • Answer Hi CJ. The guide book inside the instructions say 220 lbs. My brother in law is about 250, though, and rode it as a test just fine when I showed it to him. Of course, speed will probably vary by user’s weight.
