A:AnswerDepends on the kid. 10yr didn’t care for it. Ended up buying the go kart attachment and she rides it everyday, only downside is battery life with the attachment is about 1 1/2hr because she going top speed everywhere. :-)
A:AnswerWell it depends on what ground you are on, if it is on a hard surface, it should work normal, if you are using it on carpet, it will be a bit quiet or shakey, i found this out by riding my hoverboard over carpet and tiles, if this didn't help, then i don't know

A:AnswerTry a quick shot of penetrating oil on the axle. Ours began squeaking in the same place while going forward (not backwards) after the first three days we owned it. Gave it a shot of WD40 on the axle then took in on a good outdoor run in a parking lot and the squeak went away. Hope that works for you.
Oh, make sure the tire/wheel itself isn't rubbing anywhere first. Then if the above doesn't work, contact Swagtron Customer Service. They reply very quickly and will send you instructions for an RMA if necessary.
