QuestionI bought a hover board would not work out of the box exchanged it for a new one same thing let it charge 3 hours out of the box per instructions unplug hit the button and nothing no light no beep nothing for both how do I fix this

QuestionWe have had ours for a few years and it no longer holds a charge. Kids can ride for maybe 5 mins and it completely dies. Where can I get replacement battery and how to change?

QuestionThe board won’t turn on but when the charger is plugged in and I press the on button the light opposite of charger is yellow and if I hold the power button in the charger side board light flashes red five times and the opposite side still stays yellow

- Answer This has happened to me before but what makes it work again is make sure your hover board is off then level it what I mean by leveling it is make sure that the hover board is standing up by itself and either sides are lifted off the ground at the same height then holding the power button for 10 seconds then turn it off and turn it back on again and it should solve the problem

- Answer Cindy, thank you for contacting us regarding our T-580! If the unit is not being used, the battery can still be depleted. We would recommend fully charging the unit before riding. So once the unit is opened, it would need to be fully charged before riding. - Answer Hello Emad! Thank you for the interest in our T-580! Each of our hoverboards comes equipped with a learning mode in order to help the rider become comfortable using the board! You would need to put the unit in learning mode by long pressing the power button until you hear the beep. QuestionWe have probably 10-15 hours on my sons and he uses it indoors mostly, can you tell me why the LED lights are not working in several locations? Seems a bit to soon for that.
