• Mine came with a BNC coupler. They are nothing special, any BNC coupler will work.

• It comes with a couple, so you can use it as either a longer cable or an extension.

• Yes, you are able to connect the 60 ' and the 100' cable. The 100 ' extension comes with a BNC coupler.
