- Answer Shame on Swann continuing to sell this product when the app to operate it isn't working. And tech support doesn't seem to know what the problem is. See reviews at Apple App Store if you have iPhone or tablet.

- Answer If you shut off the power to the floodlight with a wall switch, you will also lose the camera as there is only a single power feed to the unit.

The Free plan gives you 2 days of secure cloud storage and 7 days stored on the camera's built in memory. Make sure you download any clips you need from the activity log as when your storage days expire the video for that day is automatically removed by the system and is no longer retrievable.
