- Answer a CAT6 cable is only required to connec the DVR to your internet modem. This unit does not offer Google Assistant or any Google programs.

- Answer This is not possible. The app for the DVR (HomeSafe View) is not compatible with any Swann wireless cameras. Also, the DVR is not able to support wireless cameras.

QuestionI have an older HD TV with S-video, HDMI and DV12 plugs. Because of a large area I must use a CCTV to cover, I may have to install 2 security systems to feed one HD TV. Will this Swann 16 Channel system output to any of the three listed?

- Answer This all depends on the settings of the unit. The DVR is able to store recordings for 3 - 60 days.

- Answer The DVR has usb ports so you can download the firmware on another computer via internet and plug it into the DVR and do the update that way.

- Answer We recommend using the SWPRO-T852CAM's. These are the smae cameras that come with the unit.

- Answer By using the Swann HomeSafe View program you can see two (or more) DVR units. Just name them differently. I installed this system at my wife's boss dental office and also at my home and can see both systems thru the Swann software.

QuestionPlease let me know if this is 11l0/220 volts. Can this be used in countries that uses 22l0 instead of 11l0 or and/or.?

- Answer We use 110 volts on this unit. This can not be used with 220 volts. I am not 100% sure about the voltage in another country but I would say it can not be used for 220 if it is like the 220 volt in the US.

- Answer yes, you can log in from you phone, tablet or Ipad from anywhere as long as the DVR is connected to the internet or network.

QuestionIf these Cameras are set up to Monitor Motion Only. And I want to do remote viewing, when Motion is activated. How Many GB's a month would this system consume off my Internet? I live in the country. Only get 100GB a month.

- Answer You can set it up to take a photo when motion is detected and email you the picture. There different levels of sensitivity to use resulting in more or less emails
