Hello, Collin. Thank you for your question. There are no compulsory subscription fees whatsoever. You can monitor and control your cameras remotely through the Swann Security app completely free of charge. However, we do offer optional subscription plans with benefits such as extended cloud storage or warranty for those who want them. Hope this helps. LV - Swann Team
