“Does this system allow you to delete anything at any time? Does this system allow you to edit segments, say if you have a 15 minute segment, but only need a 30 second clip? Can start, stop, record, delete, edit with your phone?”

in order to delete certain files you will have to format the hard drive. you are only able to view and ownload videos through the app. It does not allow to edit or delete certain files.
