QuestionWhen viewing playback are you able to zoom in on the video playing? Or is it still just viewing playback? Also does this model have audio? I was looking at the 4 camera model but it does not have audio. I want audio.

- Answer Yes, this model has audio. It has RCA audio which commonly used to carry audio and video signals.

QuestionDoes this system allow you to delete anything at any time? Does this system allow you to edit segments, say if you have a 15 minute segment, but only need a 30 second clip? Can start, stop, record, delete, edit with your phone?

- Answer in order to delete certain files you will have to format the hard drive. you are only able to view and ownload videos through the app. It does not allow to edit or delete certain files.

QuestionWhat would a new hard drive be for this system? We really like this system, it's clear well recorded, we don't want to replace it if we can get new hard drive for it.

QuestionWhat type of internet speed does it require if any? If 60 foot cables aren't long enough can you add adaptors or have to but 100 foot?

- Answer Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. This does not require an internet connection if you will be connecting to a TV or monitor. Although, you will need about 2 Mbps/ per camera if you will be remotely accessing your unit. The kit will include 60-foot cables per camera. If you need longer wiring, we have 100 ft cables or you can purchase an adapter sold separately to conjoin two(this can result in loss of video quality).
