QuestionHi, We purchased the SWANN 4k Security system with Enforcer and lights. Everything is installed including the DVR and SWANN security app. However, I can't locate the siren. Can you assist, please? Thanks, Will

- Answer Dear Customer. Each camera in your kit features a siren on the base of the camera stand. You can activate this manually from the live view of the Swann Security app by tapping on the icon that looks like a bell. Alternatively, you can also set the siren to be triggered by motion if you wish to via the DVR's settings menus. -SD, Swann Product Management

QuestionMy cameras work great but at night the spotlight flashes on and off non-stop. is this normal is there a way to diable this. Tried to fix on settop DVR menus but even if I turn the light on in the menu it only stays on for a min or so then reverts back.

QuestionWhat is the maximum distance will camera pick up motion?

- Answer Hello Fude, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Your camera can detect the movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. More intense heat sources (e.g. vehicles) may detect a little further away and less intense heat sources (e.g. pets/small animals) may need to be a little closer before they are detected. QuestionPower source is wired. I assume the app that you can use to trigger the siren and lights, zoom in and out and replay stored video is through a standard wireless Wi-Fi connection. Correct? Or do I need anything else like a _2GEXT or _5GEXT adapter?

QuestionThe kit says it includes a ‘power adaptor’ but nothing is shown in the photos. Does also include the power supply and 2 or 4 plug dongle that plugs into the red connector to supply power on the bnc/power cable? If it does not, where can I buy one?

QuestionCan the flashing red/blue lights be turned on without the siren via app or DVR setting? Siren is too loud to use due to close neighbors but would like the flashing red/blue lights as deterrent.

No, the enforcer lights on the camera can only be turned on/off using our Swann Security application or within the recorder settings.
