Hello Scooter, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. When upgrading to 4K resolutions you are unable to use the same wiring. If you would like to use the same wiring, we would recommend using a kit with 5MP or lower. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. JV Swann Customer Support
