Yes it comes with a mouse with cord, but you can buy one that is wireless, which I did and it's the best.

It uses a mouse (supplied) connected to the hard drive/DVR unit. You'll also need to connect a monitor to the hard drive initially to set it up and to make any changes. You'll need to download the Swann Security App/software to view the cameras remotely on your smart phone, tablet, laptop and/or PCU.
