Hello Barb, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Yes, this kit will include an HDMI cable that cable used to connect to a monitor. You can see all 4 cameras at once. The DVR will produce sound due to the fan in the recorder. It is the equivalent of a laptop fan. Swann offers many installation videos. Yes, the videos can be saved at your leisure.
