QuestionWhy are these security systems advertised as having audio recording capabilities but actually don't. I've already bought one system that said audio was included only to begin the set up process to find out it does not.

QuestionHow many wifi cameras can you add to this system

QuestionI purchased a 4680 but plan to install it in a closet where the wired mouse will be difficult to use. Is this unit compatible with a wireless mouse and if so do you have a brand recommendation?

QuestionWhere is this produce made and does the factory that manufactures it put their own spyware into it so they can monitor my video and audio? This is a very serious question in light of what is happening in technology today. Please answer fully and honestly.

QuestionI watched the video suggested to me at youtube. I don't understand the schedule feature I thought that the cameras would activate whenever there was motion or if I wanted them to record do I have to set them to record? And what if something happens

- Answer Hello Barb, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Yes, this kit will include an HDMI cable that cable used to connect to a monitor. You can see all 4 cameras at once. The DVR will produce sound due to the fan in the recorder. It is the equivalent of a laptop fan. Swann offers many installation videos. Yes, the videos can be saved at your leisure. We would recommend that the recorder be kept in a cool ventilated area and dust cleaned twice a month. You can use your existing wiring if you currently have BNC cables ran. - Answer The one unfortunate thing about this system is that you can only use a hand held device to view the DVR cams and the Track Cam all in one place. I wish I could add the WIFI cam to the DVR too but at this time it is not possible. The Windows app also does not allow for the track cam to be added. I would definitely let SWANN know this is a feature you want as did I.
