Questionhi, can cameras run in continuous record mode? i'm planning on non internet connected (def NOT wifi/android app) using a sd card and monitor, possibly adding a hdd or upgrading the swann dvr in the future: in other words "old school bnc wired" mode. thx

- Answer Hello Kevin, thank you for your question. This kit does not record 24/7 as it includes an SD card and not a hard drive to minimize the cost that we pass on to our customers. Only our DVR/NVR recorders that include a hard drive can be set to record 24/7. Please note that in either case, you do not need internet for your system to operate locally. Your DVR supports recording to either a 3.5” SATA or a 2.5” SATA hard drive that is surveillance-rated, such as the Western Digital Purple™ and Seagate Skyhawk™ range of drives. Hope this helps. - Answer Hi Drew. Each camera includes a 60ft (18metre) video/power cable. Swann also sell longer extension cables as separate accessories if you require a longer distance. The extension cables are under codes SWPRO-30ULCBL & SWPRO-60ULCBL. -SD, Swann Team
