QuestionI bought this camera set up and later was told that it did not record audio. They told me only the more expensive cameras recorded audio. So witch is it do they or do they not record audio? I've returned them. And will buy them again if they do.

- Answer SWDVK-85680W4RL-US Misinformation by Best Buy. The model number that is advertised is not the what the pictures depict. This model number has 1 USB, 4 audio input & 1 output ports, 8 camera ports, one PTZ port an HDMI port and a VGA port, 1 power port. It can receive 4 audio one way in only, and 1 port for a speaker that can be placed wherever you need. Not sure if it is for speaking through or just to hear the input from the selected audio port.

- Answer it comes with everything needed, it also gives you the option to have someone come and help install them, pay separately, its pretty easy to install though so we did it ourselves.

QuestionI would like to know if the cameras included with the system are 4k cameras? Also, is the DVR available in black and white? Is the black DVR version on the Swann website 1080p only cameras in the kit/system? Is that why that Enforcer DVR is black?

- Answer No power source is needed near the cameras. They come with a 60’ cable that gets plugged into the back of the dvr (which plugs into a standard outlet).

QuestionHi, Ive bought 2 of ur so called security systems n if i have a power surge or a temp. loss of power ur stsyem is junk even thou i have surge protectors on n everything else that mite help to protect my system..Y should i buy a 3rd. system? I am NOT HAPPY

QuestionI will be installing this camera in a gym. 1 of the cameras will be in a child daycare that’s offered to parents when they work out. Is it possible to run a video feed from only that camera to a monitor for parents to be able to check on children? Thx

QuestionDoes this system work without WiFi? Does it continue to record if Power is lost? Lastly does the system have white storm lights for outdoor usage that turn on automatically if motion is detected? Thanks

We would recommend connecting your device to a surge protector, this unit will power off if the power is lost. The cameras included in this kit have enforcer lights.
