“I can’t pair camera with my phone to setup and connect to router WiFi. I have other cameras that are set up in the app. Any suggestions would be appreciated.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a bit of trouble connecting to my cameras to change the settings and tech support had me delete the app and reinstall it.That solved my problem,not sure if it will help you but it is worth a try.I could just view the cameras.
