- Answer Hello Babloo, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. These cameras do not require a monthly fee/subscription. Swann Security provides free basic cloud storage for your camera. The video activity timeline (in the Playback tab) will display up to the last 7 days of event clips that your camera has recorded. The unit will overwrite past the 7 days. QuestionHi! May I connect manny of these cameras in the same aplication? Or rhe aplication just support one?

There is no specific limit but we recommend no more than 3 connections at once; the available bandwidth of the internet connection that the camera is using may also limit the connections that can be sustained. This camera will use our Swann Security application for remote access and control. QuestionWill the lights only come on if triggered with motion? I guess, is there an option to keep the light off and for it to only come on if it's triggered with motion? Also, what type of motion will set everything off? Will animals set any of the items off

- Answer Hello gh1162, Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, the camera's spotlights can be set to be triggered based on motion or turned off to be activated within the application. Your camera can detect movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. More intense heat sources (e.g. vehicles) may detect a little further away and less intense heat sources (e.g. pets/small animals) may need to be a little closer before they are detected. The range/sensitivity of the motion sensor can be adjusted via the True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings bar in the app. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. QuestionI saw a review that complained of a long lag time of up to two minutes when trying to respond to an alert. That is not useful at all. If my speed to my router is 100 mbps, will I occasionally encounter such a lag?

- Answer Hello Thunder, Thank you for your question. Local camera storage once it is full (therefore, no exact days) while Cloud recordings are up to 7 days.Make sure you download any clips you need from the cloud storage via the Playback tab or local storage via Camera Settings. When the storage days have expired, clips will automatically be removed from the cloud and local storage and can no longer be retrievable. Once an event is triggered, the camera will record for 60 seconds, depending on motion. In an event that there are still movements, it will record to another file.
